Something to read

We have just received a copy of Luis Noberto Pascoal's book Aroma of Cofffee - A Practical Guide For Coffee Lovers at the coffee shop for our customers to read. Luis, as you might know, is the owner of the Daterra farm and a very knowledgeable man about coffee in general. The book has lots of great pictures of coffee from seed to cup, especially a great shot of the small 'soldiers' - the beginning of the germination when the coffee bean shoots from the ground.
Thanks to Andreza for sending this!

We have this book somewhere - it is indeed very cool. I hope one day he publishes some of the work he has been doing on linking roasted aromas and the farming process/milling/terroir that he was/has been doing with illy.

Yay for books!

Hey Klaus, where can I get a copy of this from?

While I'm at it, I'm sort of on a coffee book buying bender after getting my tax return back ;P Is there anything else that y'all recommend? (Might be a subject of another blog post.)

I'm dying to get my hands on the Sandalj book.

Take it sleazy,

Luca
